How often are the sessions?

Jo Unicorn Coach believes in flexibility, you are empowered to schedule your sessions weekly, biweekly, or as often as you need to gain traction and start seeing results. After the first coaching session, Jo Unicorn Coach will give you her recommendation to maximize your time together and get as fasts as possible results, at the end you are in the driver's seat of your transformation

Are payment plans available?

Are other options of coaching lengths and packages?

Absolutely, these packages are the most popular ones, in addition to these ones here, Jo Unicorn Coach has other options like a "911 Emergency Session", and other programs like: Claim Your Female Voice Speaking and "Stop being a Square Watermelon: a path to claim your female leadership" coaching packages

Rescheduling a session

If you are unable to attend a call, it is your responsibility to cancel the meeting and inform Jo Unicorn Coach via email (support@joannamercado.com ) at least 48 hours before the session.
You can always reschedule or cancel your 1-on-1 coaching call up to 48 hours before the original date. If the coaching call is canceled later than that, the session will be deducted from your package.
You can reschedule through the Calendly link provided to you on the coaching confirmation email

Cancellation Policies

The client may cancel an order within 24 hours of purchasing and request a full refund. The refund will be issued, minus a 7% Operational fee. To cancel an order, send your request to support@joannamercado.com
After the Coaching sessions has begun, any unused sessions will not be refunded, but may be rescheduled for up to 12 months after the initial payment.
If unexpected circumstances prevent the Client from completing all their scheduled sessions, then the Client may request a refund for the amount pertaining to the remaining sessions. Refund requests are review in a case by case scenario, If approved, the refund will be issued, minus a 15% transaction fee.
All unused sessions expire 12 months after initial payment.
This is the entire agreement of the parties, and reflects a complete understanding of the parties with respect to the subject matter. This agreement supersedes all prior written and oral representations.
